The present study aims to examine gender and language features in students ’ weblogs , to investigate how language is used to express ideas and feelings and how emotive features are communicated in computer - mediated communication ( cmc ) . the study investigates issues of online gender and language among 40 students ’ weblogs . the results indicate that there is no difference in personally identifying information and topic choices for male and female bloggers
本研究以社会语言学中性别与语言的理论框架为基础,研究语言在计算机中介传媒中的特点;通过研究不同性别使用语言的不同特征,探寻性别与语言在计算机中介传媒中的相互关系及影响,分析其与社会语言学中性别与语言传统理论和研究结果的异同。
